TRIP MADE IN JUNE 2019 - ARTICLE PUBLISHED ON OCTOBER 10, 2019

Who says family vacation says camping in the sun! We take off in the car, four of us, for eight hours on the roads towards the South of France. At the end of the day, we arrive in the village of Moustiers Sainte-Marie, located in the Verdon Regional Natural Park. The goal of the week: discover the Verdon Gorges, the Sainte Croix Lake and the small Provençal villages.

MOUSTIERS SAINTE-MARIE

Once settled in our mobile home, we can't help but admire the breathtaking view of the village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, located at the foot of the rocky walls. Above the village something catches our attention, it's the Star of Moustiers suspended between two mountains. Several legends could explain its origin, we will never know the real explanation.

- Salle d’eau et toilettes séparés

- Cuisine toute équipée avec vaisselle complète

Prix mobil-home : entre 350€ et 650€ la semaine selon le mois (les mois de juillets et août étant les plus chers)

Place de camping : 14,50€ la nuit pour 2 personnes (caravane + véhicule ou tente + véhicule ou camping-car)

TO BOOK

After a good fresh baguette for breakfast, we leave the mobile home to explore the small village of Moustiers. Venturing into the alleys one after the other, we come across very welcoming little squares.

A stream that comes down from the mountain forms a small waterfall in the heart of the village, between two houses. On one side of the river is the large terrace of the restaurant "La Cascade" and on the other side is the church square. On this small square stands the church of Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption and its beautiful Romanesque bell tower dating from the 12th century.
